In 1996, I started working at the first Arby’s in my hometown. Then, when I moved to Utah 20 years ago, I started working in different restaurants where I gained experience in Italian, American, Greek, Hawaiian and Mexican cuisine.

For 20 years I have managed restaurants. I love my work because I am inspired by the fusions of different foods, and the culture that comes with every dish.”
